Historic Apartments, Dublin

These historic residential buildings in Temple Bar, Dublin underwent a complete refurbishment in 2014 – 2016.  As a listed structure, the refurbishment work had to be totally faithful to period details and architecture, while also providing lift access to the upper levels.  Accel installed a Felesa 630Kg/8 Person Traction MRL Passenger Lift serving 3 floors with telescopic side opening glazed doors and with panoramic safety glass on rear and one side wall of cabin. This was installed in a glazed shaft and the finished project was very sympathetic to the courtyard environment and period structures.
